Southern Forests Honey

We currently manage 200 hives which follow the seasonal flow, relocating them around the South West allowing the bees to feast on a variety of nature. Maintaining sustainable, ethical bee husbandry whilst cool filtering ensures integrity for natural production.

We have 80 established Lemon Myrtle tress, which is growing in popularity providing fresh and dried leaves for restaurants and other small businesses as an addition to Dukkah, chocolate and teas.

Since building on our 18 acres in 2010, we are gradually achieving our goal of living sustainably from what we rear and grow & raising a family in an environment where they can learn through the process of consuming food in its raw state.

Being second generation apiarists we are now annually expanding our number of hives which feast on the variety of seasonal flora in our beautiful region and supplying raw as well as creamed and flavoured cream honey, from all  our own recipes, to those with a sweet tooth and who are understand the health benefits of nature’s nectar. We have also established a variety of fruit trees, berry bushes and vege patch.
